This session is about 1 hour depending on your current profile and level of LinkedIn knowledge. If we need to build fully from scratch it will be a 1.5 hour session, but I will let you know in advance. This includes sharing backend work in LinkedIn from a recruiter perspective (you can see how your profile presents for recruiters) and how to source jobs and connections. This is my clients’ favorite service. It’s jam packed!

Hourly work on your resume. This includes help with formatting for industry, experience level, personality, backend Applicant Tracking Optimization, personal career narrative, a customized resume tailored to your needs. I do not take a resume and create it myself, I find that resumes are only successful with your participation. These are rapidfire, interactive sessions where we both will get into the resume and edit in real time for content, format, visual presentation and applicant tracking system functionality. There will be some homework between sessions as well.

Clients may feel this is the least FUN session, but often the most needed and transformative. I will run actual live interview questions (particularly the ones that may have tripped you up previously) and together we dissect and re-frame your answers. We examine how you speak about your work from a place of power and focus, setting yourself up to move forward or even decide YOU don’t want to move forward in a hiring process. I personally think they are incredible and such a wonderful moment to connect with my clients, but people do NOT always love a role play! It can be tough to be vulnerable. This session can change your whole perception of the interview process and how you get from A to Z for every question. It is also a nice look into WHY specific interview questions are asked and how to spot what the interviewer is actually looking for with context clues.

Many of our clients call when they have offers and book an hour for salary negotiation walk through. We love helping people get the compensation package they want and deserve, especially skilled at navigating for women, LGBTQIA, BIPOC, differently abled and neurodivergent clients who have struggled with this previously.

While the work that gets done in this session goes across all of the sessions in the Job Search Package, this is a great session for those feeling like they need to take an extra step back and really drill down and find clarity in their own career story and next steps. I use my own tools I have created like bucketing, threading, foundations, 2 sentence distillations, reframing and thesis/supports. This is great for pivoters, those who struggle to tell a cohesive story through a wide and varied collection of roles, uncertain about their next move and how to use their narrative to get there. n here
