Hi! I’m Kate Sargent (she/her), founder of KJS Coaching & Consulting, The Plus One Collective, and now, The Core Cohort. My work centers around being your partner in crafting a career plan and narrative that stand out. With 20+ years in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Career Coaching, I’ve worked across industries to help professionals define their unique value and navigate pivotal career moments with confidence. My focus is on aligning your story with your goals, giving you the tools to take charge of your journey, and creating a roadmap to meaningful opportunities.
