Hi, I’m Kate Sargent (she/her), founder of KJS Consulting and co-creator of Launchpad. I’ve spent over 20 years leading People Operations, building teams, and coaching professionals through big career transitions. But the most transformational move I ever made? Starting my own consulting business.
I didn’t have a perfect plan - I had deep experience, a clear offer, and the drive to figure it out as I went. That leap turned into a thriving practice, trusted by founders, executives, and mission-driven teams to build organizations that work better for people.
Launchpad is built on everything I’ve learned from that journey. It’s the course I wish I had when I was just getting started- action-oriented, practical, and designed to help you move from thinking about consulting to actually doing it.
