Job Summary
KaramMD Skin is a premium skincare brand rooted in clinical innovation and transformative results. We’re seeking a Partnerships & Community Manager with a strong background in digital content, influencer marketing, and community engagement to help bring our brand to life across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sr. Social Media & Influencer Manager and VP of Marketing to execute content-rich campaigns, scale social strategy, and nurture relationships with both customers and creators.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
In collaboration with Sr. Marketing Manager, develop and execute social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest with clear KPIs.
Lead content ideation and execution in partnership with creative and external collaborators; bring the visual strategy to life using tools and creator resources.
Maintain and evolve the brand’s social calendar with engaging, timely content that reflects our voice and values.
Monitor sentiment, identify trends, and champion customer voice within the brand.
Community Management
Own day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and UGC, and surface key feedback to the broader team.
Build and implement engagement strategies to drive deeper relationships with our followers and brand advocates.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Expand our micro/nano-influencer program: source talent, manage relationships, and optimize performance.
Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager on influencer mailers, gifting strategies, and activation planning.
Support affiliate partnerships and organic seeding to fuel content creation and increase brand visibility.
Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze performance of social and influencer campaigns using metrics like EMV, engagement, reach, and conversions.
Deliver regular insights to guide strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity.trategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals.
Create a holistic marketing strategy that incorporates key brand communications with a focus on a subscription-first model.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategies; Produce a monthly ‘market insights’ report highlighting market trends and competitor activities.
Develop marketing strategy for each individual product to convey the key attributes are highlighted featuring each product as a ‘hero’ while also highlighting product relationships.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Conduct annual budget planning process and participate in monthly financial reviews.
What You Bring
4–6 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer relations—ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success in content-driven digital campaigns and creator partnerships.Experience with community management and customer engagement on social platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and influencer platforms.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for brand storytelling.
