Director of Marketing
The Marketing Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market presence for our expanding skincare business. This role involves developing and overseeing marketing strategies, managing large-scale campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with overall business objectives. The Marketing Director will be responsible for market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that marketing efforts effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to target audiences. Additionally, this role will oversee the marketing budget, optimize resource allocation, and evaluate the performance of marketing programs to ensure maximum ROI.
Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to support the execution of KaramMD Skin daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data across inventory and order management systems, creating and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring that all documentation; from shipping papers to internal trackers, is complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready. This is a critical role that bridges internal planning with external partners to ensure our products reach customers on time, in full, and with excellence.
NEW ROLE: Partnerships & Community Manager
We’re seeking a Partnerships & Community Manager with a strong background in digital content, influencer marketing, and community engagement to help bring our brand to life across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sr. Social Media & Influencer Manager and VP of Marketing to execute content-rich campaigns, scale social strategy, and nurture relationships with both customers and creators.
