I was recently chatting with an amazing colleague from my past who I am so happy to have reconnected with in my coaching (LinkedIn is amazing for this)😊.

We were talking about someone we watched burn their relationships, be intentionally hurtful to others and whose network is now not there anymore to help when they are in a place to ask for support.

Your network is all you have when you need support.

Be a GIVER when you can so that when you need to be an ASKER it doesn't feel grimy.

If right now you are like... omg is she talking about me?

Chill out, its like lottery odds that I am, but examine why you thought I might be talking about you and maybe you need to make some amends out there... get on it, your network is EVERYTHING.
