You don't need massive amounts of time
You don’t need massive amounts of time or a master plan to be impactful.
A kind word, a connection, or a little encouragement can be the nudge someone needs to take their next leap.
To everyone who cheered me on this week as I launched a new Group Coaching Cohort (free entry winners to be announced) Dont Call it a Podcast - Career Hacks & Snacks Video Chats, and seeing my own face on video here (mortifying), THANK YOU.
Your small actions helped make it less intimidating and reminded me how simple it is to show up for others.
So, who can you support today? Who’s on the edge of something amazing and just needs a little something? Do it now before we go into holiday weekend food coma or Black Friday insanity. 👇
🌟 Five minutes to introduce someone to a connection.
⚡ A quick note to say, “You’re doing amazing work, I see you.”
💕 Sharing an opportunity with someone who might not have seen it.
✍ Giving actionable feedback that actually helps someone grow.
🪧 Told a coworker they absolutely crushed that presentation.
💬 Sent a quick message to a friend struggling with imposter syndrome.
Holidays are a great time to do that for folks, you never know how hard someone's weekend might be seeing family, not speaking or living their truth, having a holiday with someone missing, a breakup, dealing with politically opposed relatives, hating thanksgiving food with a fiery passion and whining mercilessly about it (me! I'm that food hater its me!).
Take care!
